課程概述 |
本課程「永續循環農業」著重將農業活動中之物料資源使用效率極大化，透過生物或物化轉換技術之應用，達到廢棄物減量與循環經濟之生產模式。本課程重點包括：生質廢棄物資源化、生質物料蒐集與前處理、厭氧消化、生物發酵、物理化學轉換、產物分離與純化、生質產品種類、肥料與營養鹽循環、及循環經濟商業模式等。 |

課程目標 |
本課程主要有三個目標：(1) 說明生質廢棄物管理與再利用概念，以邁向循環農業；(2) 介紹各種不同前處理、轉化反應、分離與純化程序，以建立生質廢棄物資源化供應鏈；(3) 瞭解生質物再利用、生質精煉工業與循環經濟於實現永續發展之角色。 |
